This hotel has a great location near the mall and most businesses, and I really enjoyed my reasonably spacious room, which had a flat-screen TV and a recliner.

The room was well-kept and clean with big tubs, the breakfast was particularly nice. This hotel was located in a remote area very close to the fairgrounds, the Mall, State fair and the zoo and an industrial area.

The rooms here are tidy and pretty, featuring large tubs. It’s a nice touch that they have coffee and tea makers, as well as refrigerators. ☕.

To much light ! Curtains don't close all the way so the parking lot lights made it so sleeping was almost impossible.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I enjoyed a clean room equipped with a TV and hot tub, making for a pleasant stay.

The king room was well-kept and extremely spacious with a king size bed. Had peaceful and good location to the restaurant we had picked...

I found the room to be spacious and well-maintained, complete with a hot tub and a microwave, which made my stay really comfortable. the price was $119. Plus, the location was fantastic—very close to the channel, the New York State Fair, and a shopping area. 😊.

Had a really nice time during our vacation stay here! The location of this place was awesome – close to lots of great restaurants and right next to a shopping area and a river channel 🌟.

The hotel was absolutely great. the room was kept clean and available with TV, refrigerator plus big tubs. - the staff were helpful and excellent throughout 3 days of our stay. - the breakfast was very good with bagels, scrambled eggs and also 24 hr coffee and frequently replenished.

The rooms were cleaned well everyday and the breakfast was great.

Checking in was a nightmare...apparently Comfort Inn claimed to never have received my reservation from Booked.net (who (fortunately) had a confirmation from Comfort Inn on March 24 of my reservations received on their end). It took me 3.5 hours to check in and sort this mess out. Comfort Inn staff apologized profusely but NEVER comp'ed me for the inconvenience. The general manager claimed to not know what happened with my reservations. I missed a dinner meeting that nite and was so frustrated. Luckily, I was able to stay at the hotel. I will not stay here again, this is unacceptable customer service and way to do business.

I traveled with small child, I had to keep going down to the lounge to use microwave. Across ball said vending n ice, which it was not it was on 2nd n 3rd floor

We had a great time in our clean room with a hot tub, fridge, and microwave, all for a reasonable price, in a quiet and convenient location.
